Lost Voices Champions at the Ann Arbor Triathlon

On Saturday, July 13, the Epic Races Ann Arbor Triathlon, inspiring athletes of all abilities to reach new heights of health and set new fitness goals. It will be held in the awe-inspiring Pinckney Recreation Area at Halfmoon Lake in Gregory, MI.

Holly Halliwill and Nadean Knight, our champions who competed in last month’s Tri Goddess Triathlon, will be on the trail again to support Lost Voices, and you can support them!

Nadean Knight

“My name is Nadean Knight, I am a 33 year old mother to an amazing 11 year old, a global quality manager for a major pharmaceutical company, and a lover of all activities. I have always been an avid hiker. I began cycling the first summer of the pandemic, and it quickly became a newfound passion of mine! Last summer I was influenced and inspired to take up running by someone close to me at the time, and I’ve stubbornly been doing it ever since. I even completed my first half marathon this past October in Detroit. When I’m not working, running around with my kiddo, or training for one thing or another I spend my time volunteering for the LGBTQIA+ and arts communities in the Kalamazoo area.

When I came across Lost Voices I instantly felt a connection to the mission and wanted to be a part in any way I could. The mission of Lost Voices has a personal connection to my life and I’m honored to be representing the organization.”

Holly Halliwill

“My name is Holly Halliwill. I live in Ann Arbor and work as an engineer for a mission-driven recycling consulting firm. I am passionate about animal welfare, running & fitness, and music. In my downtime, I find joy in backyard birding and spending time with my three cats: Mu, Sesame, and Percy.

I recently learned about Lost Voices, and I feel like this is a mission that I really want to support. I hope you do too!”
